For account, billing, or subscription help, email us from the address you use to sign in to Vertex. App Store subscriptions can also be viewed or cancelled in your Apple ID subscription settings.
Vertex is a planning tool. Weather, terrain, avalanche, trail, and airspace information may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate. For emergencies, contact the appropriate local emergency service.
